Executive Biography

Bill Morrison is president and founder of Affinity Advisors LLC, a specialty consulting firm. The company advises both 501(c)3 and for-profit clients on the payment systems and insurance industry, with specific expertise in strategic planning, marketing, cost reduction and revenue development.

Prior to founding Affinity Advisors, Morrison held several senior-executive positions with MBNA Corporation (now Bank of America Card Services), the No. 1 global affinity credit card issuer. Positions include vice chairman and group executive, member of the Executive Management Committee, Risk Management Committee, and board of directors for MBNA’s regional and international subsidiaries, before retirement in 2006.

Morrison is a graduate of the Gabelli School of Business-Fordham University, and has completed Advanced Executive Education courses at the University of Virginia and Dartmouth College. He has served as a trustee for Fordham University and currently is on the board of advisors for the Gabelli School of Business. Morrison has served on the American Society of Association Executives Foundation Board and has been a teaching faculty member and advisor to the ABA Bankcard School.
