Noted thought leader Frances Hesselbein reminds us, “There is a need to establish a common language leading to a common vision resulting in common ground”. The firm uses a combination of research methods in strategic planning to establish a metrics-based foundation for the organization. Dr. Patouillet co-chaired the CASE Conference on Strategic Planning. One of the plans he facilitated is used by Harvard’s Business School as a model of effective planning.
