Executive Biography

Mary E. Persky is a certified SPHR and GPHR, Human Resources professional. She has worked in both academia and business with her efforts directed at high potentials, emerging leaders, senior management and executives. She provides guidance on job searches which may occur either by choice or by transition. Her approach includes resume development and assessment via outlining key accomplishments; interviewing skills and preparation; and guidance on targeting positions through the online application, social media, and networking. A complimentary one-hour discussion with potential clients provides an opportunity to determine the extent of consulting services and fit.

Ms. Persky possesses more than 35 years of experience in Human Resources, working within different industries including Higher Education, Hospitals and Health Care, Financial Services, Information Technology Services, and Insurance among others. In these environments, she designed and delivered training to grow the talent of the organization. She also facilitated first line and middle management assessment centers, and coached and mentored management and executives through the often turbulent and yet terrific times of the industry based on leadership directives and the economic environment.

Ms. Persky earned an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from Saint Leo University, an M.Ed. in Student Personnel Services, and a B.A in Sociology from the University of South Carolina. She has extensive certification in training from Develop Dimensions International (DDI) including Targeted Selection; from Blessing and White’s Managing Personal Growth and Assimilation; and from The Center for Talent Solutions’ Engaging and Retaining Talent.
